A Tale of Two Evolutions

As the 2012 political season fast approaches, the Left is going to try and paint Conservative candidates as crazy extremists with questions regarding Evolution. There is an obvious double-standard at play, but we should be used to it by now. More importantly, the Bible tells us to have answer to those who ask us questions regarding our faith (Peter 3:15), this applies even to "gotcha" questions.

So how should politically active, Conservative candidates respond to questions about…

Campaign Funds for Retiring Politicians.

Trying to find out what laws apply to politicians is worse than trying to find out what applies to lawyers. As near as I can tell when a politician leaves office he maintains his campaign funds he raised in office. However there are a few (Very few) limitations on what is to be done with the money.

1. It can not be used for personal use. This is a recent change from 1994 when it could be put into a 401K or similar retirement; this also led to a large number of… Continue

Are we Destined To Repeat History or To Rise and Shake off These Bonds That Seek to Bind and Destroy Us?

The fall of Rome...they let the 'barbarians in..

.(in our case muslims,) into their leadership

...Roman government grew corrupt and increasing immoral and greedy, the general society as well. Seems we as a nation also mirror that

Hitler was voted into the German chancellorship ( even tho people knew of his arrest and incarceration earlier, his violent 'rallies' , Nazi party and Mein Kampf ). Then he set his goons in key positions, the Weimar congress…

Of the many actions inflicted by the Democrats upon the American People.

Suzie sent me an E-mail about the government stopping the private purchase of metals; gold and silver. At first look it seemed that the government was trying to regulate who could act as a broker to stop the pawn shops, gas stations and beauty parlors from representing themselves as metal dealers. However with a name like Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Public.Law. 111-203) you can't be too careful. Here is a summery of the action taken please note…

Quigley Tragedy and No Hope

When Obama says,“They cling to their guns and their religion,”  he is stating a basic tenant of his indoctrination at Harvard.  When Pelosi says, “Republicans must retain control of their party so elections do not matter,” she is speaking about the shared mythology of the ruling class.  These are major tenants of their religion.  They believe that we are savages who must be controlled and they are the rulers to do the job.  They intend to make the decisions for all of us and to enforce their…

Our Schools and the education industry.

Our educational industry is doing exactly what it was designed to do and doing it very well.  It is just that we, the users, do not recognize its design functions.  Although some of us today recognize that schools have become a left wing indoctrination,  even we still think schools are there primarily to teach us what we need to know for success.   That is wrong.  The United States today is a bureaucratic state which needs an endless and ever growing supply of  people trained to…

Nings new price!

Hi memebrs,

Although I did receive three contributions and one was of a very generous amount. But now  Ning has just announced that the prices are going up in July!! Which is $5.00 a month more. It was $19.99 a month but now it is going to be $24.95 a month. I was very near being able to pay for a year- but

now I am a little short. As you can see from the chart below the annual price is so much better, plus then I do not have to worry about it! I wish I could…

Sorry Baaaarack. We’re Not Sheep.

by: Trent Derr - American Exceptionalism

The President quipped last week that part of the reason why his stimulus plan didn’t work was “the shovel ready jobs weren’t as shovel ready as we thought.”    Since Obama has no business experience and hasn’t ever created a free market job, he’s totally befuddled why none of his economic plans are working.   Even the…

Today a young man died.

Today a young man died. He has been fighting a cancer for around five years now. I first meet him in Church and my wife and I taught him in children’s Sunday school. Yesterday was his 12th birthday.

This young man spent much of his past few years in Hospitals and clinics; Home schooled because of the problems with Chemotherapy and energy levels. He was a Young man who had a love for Christ and his attitude affected many others. I know of a young Girl about his age…

Why We Are In 5 Wars

I have a theory regarding all these wars Obama has gotten us involved with.  Bush gave us Afghanistan and Iraq but Obama now has us in Libya, Syria, and Yemen.  That’s in addition to Afghanistan and Iraq.  So let me make this part clear before I detail my theory: Obama just cannot find a way to get out of the Bush wars.  That event is beyond is ability.  I believe he would like to get out but for reasons beyond his powers as the most incompetent leader in the world, he…

Why I live in a right to work state.

I grew up in California, one of the first real jobs I had was as a Food service worker. I was required to join the union. Half of my first paycheck went to the union; dues, fees, and initiation fee. The union rep told us to behave because there are twenty people waiting for our jobs if we screw up; don’t complain. It quickly became apparent that the union only wanted to get their cut and if I did not play, the next guy would give up half of his paycheck and the union makes a better payoff if… Continue

Why the Democrats want to raise the taxes on the Rich (AKA Republicans)

According to several sources 51% of American households pay no federal income taxes. These include low-wage workers, students, illegal aliens, elderly, minorities, as well as those whose incomes have been affected by the economic downturn. Especially Union workers who have been layed off or lost their jobs to the Chinese. In other words the Democrat voting base. There are some rich Democrats, but outside of Hollywierd, Collage campuses, and Washington D.C they are rare. As rare as a…

Seperation of Church and State

Maybe I have this all wrong... But can anyone explain to me why?

If Islam is a religion (which I do not believe) and  If we believe that separation of Church and State exists--

why would there ever be a question of implementing Sharia Law?  the Law of a religion...

In doing just a little research this morning concerning our Constitutional Law VS. Sharia Law

it is very clear that the two are absolutely not compatible. Here is just a little…

Why Weiner Matters

by: Trent Derr - American Exceptionalism

Ok by now, we’ve all heard about it.  Weinergate.  Representative Anthony Weiner started with denials, followed by hedging,  and finally followed by admission.  All of this seasoned with Weiner’s shocked response to the question regarding whether he was going to resign – “No, I’m not going to resign.”  The guy who has…
