August 2010 Editorials (46)

The Conservative Revolution vs America's Ruling Class. We are unique! Speaking humbly, to be a small part of this historic ground-swell is exciting, and a bit frightening at the same time. The Tea Party movement has grown to monumental proportions because America has had enough of 'Dirty Politics', and it's not going to take it anymore. There was a culmination of this…

The Media Discrediting You

I find it very amusing when progressives don’t like something. It’s so funny because they are so bad at hiding their emotions that you can see their blood boiling to the surface and the steam coming out of their ears. What I find the most amusing is that when they are threatened or angry is when they are the most transparent. My case in point is the pre, intra, and post propaganda by the press against the Restoring Honor rally last Saturday.

Before the rally the word that we…

Counting the Deaths on Commander-In-Chief Obama's Impotent Hands

As this president will no less take credit for any positive and lay blame for all negative on his Tuesday "War" speech, Obama will more than likely bloviate on his brilliance in winning the war in Iraq. Before he does, a horrifying fact must be made. In the 20 months of this man's presidency, we have lost 632 valiant American lives in Afghanistan, the worst being the last three months, more than under the entire watchful eye of the Bush administration of over 7…

"Ambassador of death, has a main message of peace and friendship,"

This only makes sense if you believe that Islam is a religion of Peace, and that the best Peace is “Peace through Superior firepower”. While I agree with the second part, it is only effective if everyone believes you are not afraid to use it.…

Restoring Honor: Done Right

This morning I woke up like a child on Christmas morning. I was so excited because the build up was over. Today was August 28th, the day of the Restoring Honor Rally at the National Mall in Washington D.C. Leading up to the event there had been many, many, many stories in the media condemning the rally before it happened. Yesterday Yahoo News had five stories alone. I was curious, not because of the media, and not just because I’m a fan. I was curious as to what…

I hope you will use this flier!

(Prints out fairly clear)

Just sharing a day in the life...

I don't know about you guys but lately I feel sorta like I am in the calm before the storm. Makes me real nervous...

I was near panic over what to do... what to do... We had worked… Continue

Improve Congress and raise funding.

435 members of the house and 100 senators.

Of these 12% of the house represents California, 6% represents Texas, 5% represents New York and 5% for Florida a total of 31 % for four states. That is based on a…

Good Morning, my friends...

Good Morning, my friends...It is an exquisite summer dawn with a slight chill in the breeze, giving a hint of the autumn season ahead. I awaken with a smile on my face in acknowledgement of God's many blessings. It will soon be a year since the husband's heart attack and the…

Once more Jobs Americans won’t do

We hear the phrase ‘Jobs Americans won’t do’ all the time, but with over a half a million unemployed (not counting the under employed anymore); I would like to know what jobs Americans really won’t do. If we would stop paying people not to work and remove the minimum wage requirements we would have a flood of jobs and people willing to do them. Even if the…

"I'm Taking Action!" Radio Host Michael Berry

Amen! We HAVE to get the people to the polls in November. We CAN'T sit back and be a spectator. We HAVE to know the candidates. We CAN'T hope for the outcome we want. Take… Continue

A Mosque for New York and roast pork for Ramadan.

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. It is the Islamic month of fasting, in which participating Muslims refrain from eating and drinking from dawn until sunset. So the President celebrates the month of Ramadan by holding a state dinner for Moslem clerics during a time of fasting. Makes me wonder about the menu; Cobb Salad, Roast Pork, Asparagus wrapped in bacon, Turnip Greens…

My First Tea Party

I’ve been a conservative as far back as I can remember. I hated standing in line with my mom to get the government cheese in the late 1970′s. I cheered the return of our hostages in Iran after the election of Ronald Reagan. I loved seeing my mom being able to get a steady job again when the economy bounced back and noticed my neighbors working again too. I remember the jubilance across the globe when the expense of the cold war paid off and the Berlin Wall came down and the Soviet Union…

Glenn Beck has unhinged the left

I did not appreciate how thoroughly Glenn Beck had unhinged the left until I found this piece in my local MSM rag, the St. Peat Times.

Daniel Ruth is normally just a self aggrandizing left wing talking head; the…

How Dare I Have an Opinion?

I have been away from this site for many months now, fighting the fight locally, as time would allow. Below is an editorial I wrote this past July and is still read often at the web site listed at the end. ~ Glenda

I am really tired of hearing the political rhetoric of discrimination. If I write of my experiences or my philosophy, I am told, that I open myself to the appearance of bigotry. I am White, so I am a bigot. I am a Republican conservative; hence, I am a…

Islamic Da'wa from the ruins of the World Trade Center

This isn't just about heartless disregard for the families of those 3000+murdered by Islamic radicals nor is it about promoting tollerance and unifying Muslims with other religions. It is however blatant dessecration of sacred ground where the ashes of those murdered rested an outright disrespect for those innocent souls!…

Sweet Dreams (Not in America)

This post is from Glenn Beck's book, The Inconvenient Book.

The infiltration of radicals into America is a slow, gradual process. While most of us don't see it, or we choose to ignore it, the reality of the situation quickly becomes clear when jetliners plummet out of the sky at 600 miles per hour. Unfortunately, if you haven't noticed, just a few years after the biggest terrorist attack ever to hit American soil we all seem to be asleep again. So to wake us up, I'd like to…
